The project on the delivery and\ninstallation of multimedia systems for negotiations rooms of the reconstructed\noffice of the well-known international company COFCO International in Kyiv is\ncompleted. The company has an extensive network of companies in the world and\nin Ukraine and works in the agro-industrial complex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The multimedia systems are installed in\nfour negotiation rooms and have these main components:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Multimedia projector on the ceiling\nbracket;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Projection screen;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Videoconferencing system;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Switching hatches (floor and table mortise)\nwith a set of basic interfaces (HDMI, DisplayPort, SVGA, Audi);<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Speaker system with wall speaker systems\nand wall amplifier with remote control and built-in MP3 player with USB\ninterface and slot for SD card, as well as the ability to connect a Bluetooth\naudio source.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 For the construction of multimedia\nsystems in negotiation rooms, the equipment of famous brands, namely OPTOMA,\nEPSON, CASIO, EliteScreen, Polycom, KRAMER, ECLER, BOSCH, BERG, ProCab, and\nothers were used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition, since these four negotiation\nrooms are located in different locations of the two-storey office, a CRESTRON\n(USA) time reservation system has been installed to improve the efficiency of\ntheir use, minimize the loss of working time and avoid any crashes and misunderstandings\nin the work of the company’s large office. Similar products are used by\ncompanies that pay attention to the organization of the work process and want\nto avoid misunderstandings during meetings and inefficient use of premises and\nequipment. Information about the use of each negotiation room is displayed\noutside the room on the touch screen with an additional light indicator located\non the wall next to the door of the negotiation room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The reservation system of negotiating rooms\nhas the main components:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Touch screen with a diagonal of 7 inches;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Light bar for screen backlight (status\nindicator light);<\/p>\n\n\n\n
