The purpose of the project:
Implementation of IP-telephony for communication with the main bank and other branches, integration of existing «Ukrtelecom» city numbers in IP PBX.
Decision:
A modern IP telephony system was proposed, which would allow the introduction of:
- introduction of a new internal number plan;
- distribution of city incoming calls by the department;
- communication with the PBX of the main bank through the VoIP gateway;
- customized routing of outgoing calls to branches in other cities and the main bank;
- the possibility of using IVR, waiting in queues;
- customer service quality control by phone;
- phone call log analysis.
Results:
A telephone network for «Ukreximbank» was built, which significantly improved and accelerated customer service.
